He rocks in the tree-top all a day long
Hoppin’ and a-boppin’ and a-singin’ the song
All the little birds on J-Bird St
Love to hear the robin goin’ tweet tweet tweetRockin’ robin (tweet tweet tweet)
Rockin’ robin (tweet tweet tweet)
Oh rockin’ robin well you really gonna rock tonightEvery little swallow, every chickadee
Every little bird in the tall oak tree
The wise old owl, the big black crow
Flapping them wings sayin’ go bird goRockin’ robin (tweet tweet tweet)
Rockin’ robin (tweet tweet tweet)
Oh rockin’ robin well you really gonna rock tonightA wordy little raven at the bird’s first dance
Taught him how to do the bop and it was grand
He started goin’ steady and bless my soul
He out popped the buzzard and the orioleHe rocks in the tree-top all a day long
Hoppin’ and a-boppin’ and a-singin’ the song
All the little birds on J-Bird St
Love to hear the robin goin’ tweet tweet tweetRockin’ robin (tweet tweet tweet)
Rockin’ robin (tweet tweet tweet)
Oh rockin’ robin well you really gonna rock tonight

Cute. And that dog is obviously good-natured and properly raised.
It would be cool to have chickens or geese for pets, if you lived in the country.
I once visited a mutual friend, as we walked up to his rural house, these 4 geese made loud honking noises as we approached. (he used them as guard dogs to warn of strangers approaching). They’re very cool pets because they never stray far from the house and all they need to eat is cornmeal and such.

Thanks, Alan. We can learn a lot from non-human animals. They are far wiser than most of us realize.
